I got 1.9% apr on BT (fee 3%) till Nov 2010 2 weeks ago by post.0

Ta for that, at least there are some out there, was hoping for a 9 month one but anything is better than nothing.
Interestingly I have also received a letter saying my interest rate has gone up from 14.9% to 24.9% as my 0% came to an end, no doubt there are very good reasons for the increase that I fail to understand having paid by DDr on time all through the 0% period so not obviously being an additional risk !!0 -
Wish I'd never closed my virgin card, they won't give me one anymore0

As XYCOM, my 0% didn't come to the end yet (but I am already getting these offers)
Wonder whether they will put my apr up... Good job I already have a card to transfer to!!:D They ain't getting any money on interest from me!!0 -
I keep getting repeat offers (usually 0% on purchases rather than BT's though). And they always overlap with offers that are already running. Some people (me included) might think they were trying to catch people out, hoping they get confused and miss promotional end dates, but if you keep track of things it's very handy0

I think you're probably right Eydon...
I've made some business purchases on the 0% offer to add with my outstanding BT, so as soon as the BT 0% comes to an end, will pay off the lot.0 -
rang them up and no offers available despite the 0% running out in December, advised that I will be written to with offers but noticed in the last statement that they will not be sending out CC cheques after 31 March so wonder if anything will appear, will have to just keep an eye out.
As was previously mentioned loads of offers before then end of the previous offer but now its paid off nothing.0 -

That's all designed to get you to take out the offer then get caught by the allocation of payments trap when one offer ends and the amount reverts to the standard rate while your payment continue against the 0% balancesThey're not daft

I received a letter yesterday offering me 0% on BT until December.
I've waited long enough though - it's been nearly 4 years since I last used my Virgin card. In fact I had to get in touch and arrange for a new card as I cut mine up a long time ago.
Anyway, can now transfer my Barclaycard balance (which has just ended it's 0%) and my Egg balance. Both will be clear by the end of the year thanks to VirginCC Debt at LBM Nov 08 - £25000+ DFD Dec 2012Second DFD May 2021Starting my MFW journey: Opening Balance: £138,000; July 2019: £135107.33; July 2024 £52974.602025 MFW #360
