Dixons- brought a TV now returning due to fault for the third time. Will they replace

I am now returning a TV to Dixons for the third time. The first time I returned it they gave me a new one after 28 days. I had that 7 weeks and it started with an intermittent fault. Where it goes all blue if left on for a while. They came and collected it. Took it away and the report I got back when it came said “firmware reset soap test two hours no fault found” that was last Friday. We watched it over the weekend and it started doing it again.
I am not really looking forward to making the call yet again however I am not going to be left with a broken TV because there CS is rude.
Does anyone know if I will have to wait again for them to look for this fault and then yet again get it back with the same fault like I just have done or will they finally offer me a replacement or my money back?
Thanks

You don't have the TV next to some big (possibly old or cheap) speakers do you? the magnets in them can distort the picture.
I had a big and expensive CRT TV next to some old speakers which used to turn the side and corners of the picture blue and distort it significantly. More modern speakers are (generally) shielded so this should not happen so much, but could do depending on the size of the magnet in them.
Just a thought...Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
