That's the difference between gaining inspiration from and outright plagiarism.

If anyone has access to the eBay Powerseller board - this makes interesting reading - http://forums.ebay.co.uk/thread.jspa?threadID=1200339419&start=0

When looking at a question like this one another question springs to mind.
If a seller is prepared to break rules and steal someone elses pictures or text what other rules are they prepared to break?
Just something for everyone to think about.
  • Check out this guy for it!

He buys things, then relists then at a higher price, using the same descriptions (straight copy & paste!) and even steals the photos. He has purchased from me a while ago, and stole my HTML photos. Thankfully i noticed and then removed the photos, but he used my exact description only editing the p&p price! and i've noticed that he does this with pretty much everything he is selling, where you can see he's bought them on eBay on the same account! It's rude! I wouldn't mind if he'd asked permission but he has not been in touch at all, and never even left me any feedback.
If google doesn't know it, how should i?
