What can I do? I paid £27 for a membership to a streaming video website and yes I admit it was an adult one, so far over £1000 has been taken!
About £700 alone within 10 hours so the bank blocked card and I had to go to branch and ask about it and said I only authorised the £27 bank told me I had to contact the company and get the wrongful amounts refunded! I trid but they were closed for the weekend and during this time anouter £500 came off! this is my student loan money and it is lucky it only just came through and that I pay rent monthly but bank says they cant do anything! and as I only just got a new card at christmas and have had 2 different reports of fraudulent transactions in just over a year they would have to take it high up.
What can I do(bank is Barclays!)

It was a cam site lol wanted to do things my way for once and wanted to chat at same time, was a treat as I hadnt eaten for 2 days and managed to live off like £5 for 4 days so had money left over from the weeks kitty and was given £30 for a 1 hour survey in a shop so thought ti was a choice between that or going out but didnt want to go out as had an essay due in so wanted to finsh it without being hungover next day.
Got hold of the bank who now say they can dispute it but not until they come off which may take a while!0 -
You do realise that 9 times out of 10 it is a bot run by a bloke on those cam sites...and would like to add that I only know that as I know a couple of people that run them....check the small print, they normally say they will take regular amounts until you cancel, and often its extortionate amounts.0

not only do !!!!!! sites make you go blind they now make you skint lol
sorry, on another note i would as a first port of call get in contact with the site owner, do a whois? check on there website some hosts to place the personal address details and email details of the owner of the domain, unfortunately some do not.
Phone the police and report it as theft.
write a complaint to your bank regarding the transactions and ask them again to treat as fraud.
27.00 lol, it costs allot less to go to the local night club and try and find someone rather then Mrs palm and her five daughters.:j:beer: :j0
