Nothing to do with the branches/bank. In the same way you couldnt take back a pair of jeans bought at Burton back to Dorothy Perkins. Same parent group yes, but not same company.0

The title says Abbey in it so any reader would be led to think Abbey the bank or Santander the bank is involved in the issue raised.0
