Today has been my first NSD of the month - slow start, and I have no idea how I'm going to meet my target, it may have been a bit ambitious.

I somehow managed to get through today without spending so this is NSD number 2, which leaves 12 NSD's to go!

I was too tired to even think about opening my purse after scurrying around that blummin shopping centre like a gerbil in those plastic houses held together with see thru toilet roll innerds :oIf those aliens are watching from space, it must've looked like a load of lab rats in a scientific experiment :p
I hate big shopping centres, BigMumma, we have one not that far from us and, when forced to go there (and I do mean forced), I've often thought that people look like mice scurrying around looking for the elusive piece of cheese. Nice to know I'm not the only one who thinks like that :)
Yahooo It was definitely worth standing in that crop circle, have been refiddled with and am claiming no 1 NSD this month, at last. Go my aliens.
:j pure dead dopey, brilliant news that the aliens are back, hope they stay with you throughout March now

    Hi to everyone else
No NSD for me today, as predicted. Unfortunately pure dead dopey's aliens refused to come shopping with me so it was definitely a serious spend day. Oh well, should get away with no spends tomorrow, so still on track hopefully.

Well done to everyone and good luck for tomorrow.

Does anyone else live somewhere 'interesting'? Somewhere that would make me seethe with jealousy? I can't even see a flipping tree from my house. It drives me insane. I don't get birdsong - I'm forced to listen into karoke at the local pub (whilst I'm in my own home). Quiz night is great....I find myself lay in bed answering the questions. That's an idea - I should get myself a Microphone like the landlord, put a speaker on the back wall.........

Aah Curlygirl, this sounds familiar! I used to live next door to a pub, karaoke nights were torture - the worst thing was that from my house, you could hear the singing but barely hear the music. The number of times I heard someone murder 'Amercian Pie'! Darts nights were worse though, the dart board was on the wall that was my living room wall!!
Trying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon ....

    Hi guys!

NSD numero two for me yesterday and hoping for third today. Not sure about the weekend. My turn to pay for night out if we do go out...........hhhm may feign fatigue. Only joking

Also (I like to share things like this with you as you are the only friendly peeps I really talk to on the forums) I've made £3.87 cashback this week!! My first ever cashback. I've lost my Cashback virginity! I joined it with the intention of doing this year's insurances etc through it but I discovered that I can do things like daily clicks!, order moisturisers from the body shop!, get cashback on ebay commission! DING DONG. 'A whole neeeeeeeew world' as Aladdin and Princess Jasmine would sing if they too discovered Cashback.

Think the bleachers in Grease for a bit OK? "Tell me more, tell me more--is it hard to make sense?" cuz cash back frightens me :o "Tell me more, tell me more--cuz I'm financially dense!"

    Hi all,
Please can I join in for March (I know it's a little late!)?
I've been a bit lax in my dedication to MSE of late, but am going to get back into it now.
Would like to pledge 10 NSDs for March (I already have 1 under my belt :D)
Looking forward to hearing everyone's stories - it's good to be back!!
Welcome Back Chez & as you can probably tell, we do like our stories on this thread :p

Just had severe palitations as the window cleaner has turned up for the first time this year, but the money is already in The Jar ura.gif so today hasn't --yet-- been tarnished :j
