Toilet plumbing

Hi
I have a bathroom upstairs which has a soil stack on the outside of the house, I’m looking of replacing a downstairs toilet, which was in an outhouse attached to the house.
I'm now looking to make a hole in wall and use existing sewer access for new toilet which well be in new bathroom.
Well I have to add an air admittance valve? the old loo didn't have one and is the lowest point on the drainage system before going into soak away/tank.
Thanks for any advice

If you connect to the vertical stack then you wont need a valve.0

Sadly the soil stack is the other side of the house so can't connect to that,
here a rough diagram of where the new loo might go
