British Gas "technical issues"

Please tell me it's not just me. :eek:
I've just logged onto my British Gas account to pay the remainder of my last quarterly bill, £58 (received 9th Feb).
To find this:

Rang them and machine told me to ring back due to technical issues. I hope to god that this account balance is a result of these issues and will disappear.
It's almost enough to finish me off :rotfl: Hoping i don't have a fight on my hands here!

I get this regularly though mine puts me on the price protection plane and puts me around £600 in credit;
though other parts of the site will say the correct amount I find like the last bill
Though i wonder if i could claim the credit back LOL0
