Bought a laptop from Dabs. Didn't like it. Sent it back. No questions asked, full refund given.
Very happy with their customer service in this instance.

Just don't try this if your a business customer...
Had an 'incident' with a router that was advertised as a broadband router - but wouldn't connect to adsl when I got it. Wanted to send it back and they refused point blank....
(The router was apparently designed for Cable modems not ADSL)..
Never bought anything from them since.....0 -

I had to return something to these too and they were great . That was the only time Ive used them so would go back .£900 towards next holiday...ta very much Mr T x0
