    becky, have you tried dry toast or a biscuit or two? Digestive or ginger are always good for binding you up a bit - and the ginger would help if you feel sick.

    Just had my yummy dinner - chicken, jacket spud and beans, with enough chicken left over for tomorrow. And I even have a bizarre and slightly repetitive meal plan for the week

    Thanks Elfen - I dont like ginger (sorry) - but I thought mash was a bit good cause it doesnt taste of anything :)

    OMG I have just had a deep tissue massage! It was so painful with knots all over the place. She said my back was so stiff, I must have been in a lot of pain - yep!

    Right now, it is so sore so hope it eases off over night!
