Hardship Claim

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I am in no doubt that I qualify as a hardship case.
Can any of you kind folks out there tell me if it is my local branch I should be writing to or a head office.
If it is a head office, does anybody have an address for Lloyds T S B
