Can anyone help me out here?
I've designed a form with drop down selection menus in two cells on an Excel document. Both cell information relates to the other. What I want to change is that when you enter when piece of information from one menu ie first name 'fred' the second field is automatically populated by the correct piece of information from the second drop down menu in the other cell ie 'smith' Is there any way I can do this? I'm starting to get a little stuck
Thanks

It's called cascading drop-downs. Can't remember quite how it's done, but Google should give you something.:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
Any posts are my opinion and only that. Please read at your own risk.0 -

If there's only going to be one piece of information per choice from 1st dropdown do you really need a second dropdown? A vlookup would let you automatically populate the second field depending on what has been selected in the first dropdown.0
