I'm in again this week - thanks to pigpen, toots and soappie for helping me make this house a nicer place to be. Back at school tomorrow, so I won't be posting much. It's going to be a crazy week (internal inspection, parents' evening, new arrangements for DS2).
I've done most of my planning, but should also have started on the 6-weekly report to my line manager, which I really hate doing. Will have a look at that in a minute. Kids' school stuff first, then back to the grindstone. I can't complain, really, because I haven't done much during the week. I just saw a car going down our street at snail's pace. If it's as bad in the morning I'll be on the train and DH has to take DS2 to school. He won't be happy, as I've already 'bullied' him into seeing to DS2's bath tonight and he's still sulking after yesterday. But since all he's done today is SOAADFA, that's tough. ;)
Just remembered - must put new phone numbers for DS2's school and childminder in my mobile before bed!!!

Evening campers :) Thanks to the wonderful trio for the list and stars :)

Can I be excused again this week please as I am feeling like poo. I am aching, have a raging sore throat, running a temp and I still have this blooming cough with pins and needles. :(. I really do not know what is going on, I am thinking that I haven't shaken the flu off totally and it keeps coming back for some reason.

I have taken myself off to bed with laptop and a lovely hot cup of horlicks. I wanted some comfort food/drink and this reminds me of my nanny as she always made it for me. :) Although this is going to sound really weird - I actually want my mum and you all know what the relationship with her was before she died..so this is really odd to actually want her. Especially as she wasn't very mother like..lol

I am listening to Paul O'Grady on play it again on BBCi and just catching up on my FB bits.

Hopefully I can be excused this week, I will try and do a few things just to keep it looking okay but I am really not up to the list. :(

Toots ~ Wow you noticed me quickly :DThanks for putting me back on the list.

I'm winding down now, the electrician has been here all day today, was here all day yesterday, and will probably be here for about a week re-wiring the house. I know we have to have this done , we called him out before Christmas( because our shower and the kitchen lights were constantly going wrong and taking out all the other electrics in the house) and he condemned everything ( probably including us! as he's surprised we're all still alive ).......but it's taking the little savings we have, however I know I'm lucky to have been able to afford to have this done, it's just that you can hardly invite your friends round to show them your new fuse board and electrical compliance certificate.............

Anyway, keeping the house up to scratch with all the dust and grime from the attic being tramped around the place is proving quite a challenge and I shall really need the lists this week!
