    Vacuum under furniture you can safely move..
    Dust and de-web light fittings, picture rails and other fluffy places!!

    Clear and wipe and cupboards/sideboards in here
    Polish any glass, screens, pictures,

    Clean out the fridge, furry fruit is not so healthy!

    Currently logged on at work (list in all in colourful glory - so must be a setting on the laptop)

    Did a lot of my bedroom on Monday night , think vacuum the landing will be changed to rip up the carpet but depends how energetic I feel when I get in from work

    Level 1
    [STRIKE]Check smoke alarms are working
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Declutter the floordrobe[/STRIKE]

    Level 2
    [STRIKE]Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    15 minutes grotspot clearance[/STRIKE]

    Level 3

    Sweep and mop the floor
    Wipe table!
    Level Two
    Wipe fronts of units and large appliances
    Scrub out the sink
    Clean filters and door seals.. don't forget the fridge ones they are usually revolting!
    Wash/beat dirt from doormats
    Level Three
    Wash small appliances and replace
    Clean out the fridge.. furry fruit is not so healthy!
    Clean out a mangy cupboard!

Now i have no real idea of what size i am so into the changing room i went with a size 18 jeans (one size smaller than the ones i had on) tried them on too big! fetched a size 16 Too Big fetched a 14 and they fit perfect. Had to breathe in when i fastened them but i didn't have to lay on the floor:rotfl:.

    I am amazed and was so pleased i could have ran round the shop.

    From a size 24 to a 14 i am well happy.
