Not Sure What The Next Step Is..

Hi,

I put in a claim to HBOS in Aug last year on grounds of FH as i was really struggling at the time. I recieved a letter stating that my address on my letter was different to the one on the system ( i had recently moved house but had already went into a branch to change it ) and basically that's been it. I've recieved no other letters reguarding my bank charges, however, the charges have went from £35 to £15 but i don't know if that's happened to everyone?
Should i write the first template letter again or should i send the amended one?
I'm afraid if i send them the amended letter they might write back saying they have no knowledge of a complaint from myself.
Thanks for any help/advice you can give.

How bad was the hardship that you didn't chase it up?
Feel free and write to them but I would be surprised if they paid out.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
