11 July 2006: Postal application delays due to industrial action at Witney sorting office.
Due to industrial action by postal staff at the Witney Sorting Office, applications that are posted to EBICo Limited via Royal Mail are being very extensively delayed. While this situation persists, we recommend that, if at all possible, you should use our website to apply online. Our web application pages are fully secure.
