I used their online contact form to ask a question about a future product ...at 8:30 pm tonight (Sunday) hoping to get a response tomorrow.

I got an email with full answer at 9:30pm tonight. Fantastic service. Loads of people will recommend SVP and I'm one of them.

If anyone's interested they will be doing the pioneer 109 in black, 2 weeks after release - price TBA.
