Purchased Bed only 2 parts arrived.

Hi,
My first post just looking for a bit of advice.
I purchased a bed in the first week of January online. The bed was delivered the following day of purchase however the invoice showed only 2 of 3 parts delivered. Spoke to the company who stated that the 3rd part had been damaged and they would send another out from stock. Waited a week however the other part did not arrive. Emailed their customer services who stated that they did not have any in stock and would send one out soon.
Emailed again end of January and they state still non in stock and would hopefully get some in February. Emailed again Mid Feb and still no sign of stock maybe end of February.
We had sold my sons bed and had to use the mattress of the new bed to give him something to sleep on.
What are my rights with regard to returning the parts of the bed I have as my son has been using it? I also no longer have the packaging. Would I have to pay to return the bed ?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm fed up of being fobbed off and would like to know what I can do.
