second viewing on Saturday

well I had a second viewing on Saturday, it seemed to go very well but I've heard NOTHING from the potential buyer since. I'm starting to think she's not going to offer.

mind you I once sold a house to the first people who viewed the property, not a peep from them for TWELVE WEEKS  and then they popped up and offered the asking price. As they weren't in a position to proceed I told them to come back when they sold their house, which they did the very next day

How long have people kept YOU on tenterhooks for when making an offer?

Well I always thought that people would offer straight away if they wanted the house.Phone your agent to ask if they have heard and if not to chase the person for thier feedback.
My buyers buyer dropped out a few weeks ago just before exchange and they had this guy come over the very night they went back on the market and he saw the property 6 times before he put the offer in and he told them that he would definitely offer first thing Saturday morning but didn't do it til Monday morning!!!!
Don't know why people wait, probably to see more properties to be sure which one they want.
