ooooooh can anyone pleaseeee help i am so hot and cross with my blasted printer! lexmark z23 new ink cartridge new paper not too much just right amount in there it just wont print checked the leads etc checked trouble shooter no help at all

when ours wont print,I take the cartridge out and wipe the ink head on it with a piece of damp bounty in one direction then put it back in and use the prog that cleans the print head aswell.
Make sure it is set as default printer and using the correct port.0 -
done all the above still struggling resorted to emailing lexmark hope they dont think i am really thick might be a lot easier to wait for my brother in law the it man to look at it and sort it for me! "You have succeeded in life when all you really want is only what you really need"
