new phone broke no receipt

hi hoping someone can help
my mum bought me a LG KS360 as part of my xmas present
it has now broken. it does not stay charged for longer than half a day
if i turn it off, like in meetings, when i go to turn it on it wont? even though it has half a battery it wont turn back on unless u put the charger in! anyway my mummy hasnt got the receipt i think she bought it in phones 4 u. what can i do?

Tough one to call i think,give them a try and see what happens you never know do you.
In future always keep reciepts.
