problem please help!!

i dont know whether this should be put in the mobile phones board or not.

Anyway i have a problem with my phone data cable (SE K700i). i have tried this on 2 computers but when ever i try to transfer an mp3 to the computer it crashes at about a megabyte out of 3mb.
i have updated the software and cleaned the ports on the bottom on my phone, with no luck. if it helps i have 1 pc with usb1 or 1.1 and 1 with usb2.
the program i use is floats mobile agent

Try a different cable? Seems the logical route, obviously not all of the file is getting to the phone, so its either something on your main system, the link between the computer and the phone, or the phone itself.

Are you connecting direct to the PC's in question, or via a hub?

Some hardware/applications don't like some hubs, so it's probably worth trying to connect direct if you're not doing so already.

I also agree that if it's possible for you to try using a different lead, it's worth a try.

Float's mobile agent never worked with my T610, I think it may be the software.

OH says change it from phone memory to card memory to get the cable to work and you can drag and drop
Go to connectivity,usb,choose memory card.He now uses a card dongle that goes in the usb port,take out the SD card and put it in the dongle,drag and drop from windows which always works.
