Which survey for new build property with NHBC warranty

Hi all,
Just had cash offer accepted on a new build executive home (one of three properties in the plot).
Under the circumstances, all appears well with a good attention to detail with excellent craftmanship.
Wondering whether I should have a homebuyers basic survey or a full structural survey done. Would appreciate advice from someone who has had a similar experience and purchase.
Also, the property comes with a NSBC 10 year warranty. Are there any problems associated with such warranties?
Many thanks.

Sorry all ... have used "search" facility and had much info from other posts. Tried to delete this post without luck. If admin can do it, I'd be grateful.
Thanks and apologies again.0
