So upset. I have a clean slate as a seller at 641 feedback (bar one netural) and some joker with 0 feedback bid on one of my items and won and never paid.
Because he responded with a sarcastic email to the NPB service through ebay they will not remove it. So a -1 person has the ability to leave me with a smeared history.
Ebay can be so fustrating. Any tips?
(He will not remove, already tried that one)

Have you left feedback yet? Depending on what their neg says I'd reply with something like "Buyer bids and doesn't pay then negs once dispute started" Keep the reply calm, polite and factual.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0

Go through his details with a fine tooth comb, call up his details check his phone number and report him for any breach you can find. If you can get him suspended quickly enough his feedback will go to.
New users are subject to different rules but you have to be quick as he needs to be suspended within a certain time period of first registering.

I've had this and said that we are at a stalemate and I didn't think it was fair to leave feedback when you haven't paid for the item. Both times the buyer removed the feedback.
Does the buyer still want it or saying they will buy it. I said I would sell it to them if they removed the feedback.
But I tink you might be stuck with this one. Best comment on his feedback on your page just saying something about being a timewaster and not paying for it. Don't worry it will only be 99. something % so it shouldnt affect you too much.0 -
I wouldn't just accept this to be honest. Whilst there is no guarantee that you can get it removed it must be worth a try, these are the rules I was suggesting you work through:
eBay will automatically remove feedback from members indefinitely suspended within 90 days of registration. Not all suspension types qualify for automatic feedback removal. For example, accounts that are suspended for non-payment of eBay fees and instances when eBay provides the member with the opportunity to fix the issue (and be reinstated), do not qualify for automatic removal.

I just called his telephone number (in Chile !) and it's a fax, do you think this would be enough?
I have left feedback after going through the NPB process, a neg. I had stupidly believed that he could not neg back being the guilty party.Like my avatar, took the photo myself with the free digital camera I bought from boots with all my free points! I love moneysaving.0 -
