I hear Readers Digest is folding, we have paid for it until December, by credit card last December, are we due the money back?
Can anybody help here, thank you.

It's in administration. The BBC report says it's continuing to trade whilst a buyer is sought. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8520243.stm0

It's not gone under yet, if they get to that point and fail to supply you, you may be able to get a partial refund. Was the subscription more than £100? If so, you can get your money back from the credit card company.0

Last time I looked, an annual sub was £20-£25.0

No, it was under twenty five pounds, we are due the next one so will see what happens,
Many thanks, oap0 -
I ordered a years subscription from them for my OH for Christmas, as I did last year. I sent off two other subscriptions at the same time(about a month ago) and I've had confirmation of them but nothing from Readers Digest. Looks like I'll be waiting in vain
. I'm just glad I didn't order one for my dad too. I know it's only a few pounds in Tesco vouchers but it's a bit naff if it's someone's Christmas present. 0 -
The latest Readers Digest came on Friday, so they are still sending them out, will see what happens next month, cheers, oap0

The BBC reported over the weekend that they hope to sell the business and that they will publish until april at least.
