Hi
Do you have 4000 square feet of house? (That's 371 sq m.) and 14 rads.
Working to CHeSS a house over 150 sq m would be split into two zones.
Use a programmable room stat for each zone.
Biomass would be a good option in a rural area check out suppliers of pellets/fuel in your area, and boilers. Vokera are pushing their biomass boilers but I would be looking at German, Austrian or thereabouts for one. They are quite sophisticated now.

Good morning all
I actually toiled over this last night so got up this morning and properly measured rather than a bad calculation on my part. I apologise to all, it is actually more like 3200 sq feet.
Thank you Canucklehead for the suggestion about alternatives of fuel to use. Biomass looks like a great idea especially as wood is plentiful in my area, although I understand from reading that wood pellets would be the preferred fuel. I am going to enquire about suppliers and costs. And the quoted price seems rather high BTW. You really should have a roomstat as well.
Cheers
Thank you keystone, I did wonder. I have had only the one quote so far.0
