I still havent got a cancellation but the site crashed before I had time to set up an account (got the confirmation from paypal and BHS) so cant check it online....Im wondering if the orders are getting cancelled for the people who ordered the 'cheap' items that were posted on here (the face cloths and pillowcases) etc? As if loads of people were ordering them at the same time then it is more likely they actually were out of stock. I personally made my order up with 8 glasses (@£2.50) and tights.....ahhh well, guess we all need to wait and see, shouldnt they be dispatched today though?0

The original total was £21.09 as it was before i really understood that I could add lots of cheap things.
Strangly I've not heard anything on the order for the same boots but lots of the cheaper things where the total came to £6 something!itsallinthemind wrote: »What did the order value come to before? Quidco has tracked my 3 orders, but all 3 amounts that it's tracked are different from the actual order values. Anyone else had this or know why?
On one of my orders I paid more than the the total for some reason. There's a £6 difference between the invoice in the email (what I paid) and the one you get by clicking through to the PDF invoice.The View Belongs To Everyone0 -
Quidco has tracked my 3 orders, but all 3 amounts that it's tracked are different from the actual order values. I've sussed out why the Quidco amount was different from the total amount that I paid. I didn't realise that I was charged 1 x delivery amount (£3.95) per order. I was too busy looking at the discount and the amount I was paying lol. So Quidco has tracked the total amount minus the delivery charge.
I've checked the invoices from my emails and they're just the same amounts. No cancellation so far, I'm hoping it's not just because they're sooo busy :rotfl:0 -
As far as I recall, you get a despatch email as well as the order acknowledgement. Has anyone had a despatch email yet? Or even a change of status if you log in to your order? If you log in to Bhs website, are all your orders on there? Mine arent.0

Also, just noticed that there is a link to DHL tracking against the order, but if you click this there are no details to display. I dont remember seeing the DHL link yesterday, do you?0

Has anyone who paid by paypal had the money taken?
1st order-paypal-money taken straight away
2nd order-card-order cancelled straight away no money taken
3rd-paypal-no money taken from my paypal acc though, no any emails about it but i have an order no from my screen grab?
Confused now as thought they took the money from paypal straight away?0 -
