BHS - possible glitch

    tried but resisted wanted to get a trinket box and 3 butterfly hooks total discount was £67.xx but couldn't go through with it...too scared:(:rotfl:

    I may of made a boo boo, i ordered some pillows (needed) and some pillow cases but never signed up to the site, i did take a screen dump of the order and now i cannot get into BHS to see the order status and no email from them either.

    Any ideas?

    2.3 After submitting an order to us online, you will be sent an order acknowledgement email with your order reference and details of the products you have ordered. Please note, this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

    Mind you most of their website stock is OOS now so I wouldn't like to think how much time it is going to take them to sort out this problem, perhaps it may be honoured as the time and cost of sorting out this error would be more hassle than it's worth and lots of disappointed customers, one can hope.

    I wouldn't want to be the one who discovers this when they get into the office on Monday:eek:

    Simmmy - did you definately put the right email address in?
    How did you pay - if by paypal you can go onto paypal and access the order.
    If not check your bank balance.


    I didn't sign up for the site either but still got an email confirmation.

    I have had an email for my order and can view it by the link, but I think the orders are fair game for cancelling - definitely a glitch, won't be fighting this if they cancel lol.
  • well ive ordered some underwear, tights and some kinda nice looking glasses (tumblers) for £5.34 worth a shot :)

    I did manage to sign up as i noticed i had'nt closed the page down but when i go to my account it's not showing my order but it is showing a order i made last week. The wrong email addy is possible though.

  • Yeah me too, just realised Ive placed an order but not put a delivery address in, LOL OOPS, Looks like the glitch might be at my expense.
