1. How to enter this Competition:
- simply register as a user to the site Xpoit.com with a valid and contactable email address (this is free and the site is free to use) and upload at last one item to the site. Anything uploaded MUST be from your own collection or from a collection in which you have permission from the owner to do so as per our User Agreement.

2. Prize consist of (stated above).
3. Closing date is 04/03/2010; all entries must be received by midnight on this date.
4. The Winner will be notified by email. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and for giving a valid contactable email address. In the event that they are unable to do so then the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
7. Age limit maybe restricted dependant on the certification of the prize. Employees of Xpoit.com, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
