    Hi Davmail.
Thanks for the booklet, Unfortunatly it's still the wrong one.
My Livewire TOTAL TV CONTROLLER. does NOT have a SET button, or a TV, DVD, CD, buttons ect.

At first glance it resembles a Sky remote control but with a Dark Blue Body with Black and Light Blue buttons (All with white lettering).
The buttons, (From top to bottom, left to right) Start off with a power button and L.E.D. top right.
next a row of 4 black buttons, these are,
    1. Mute, 2.Launch Astromail/onscreen messages. 3. Fav, 4. Help.
    Then 2 Blue, buttons
    1. Language selection, 2. Subtitles.
Then set in a circular fashionare 4 Black buttons, which are Vol up/down. Channel up/down.
Inside them 5 blue buttons Up/down/left/right and Ok.
Below them 2 blue buttons, Guide and Info,
Followed by a row of 4 blue buttons consisting of, Guide, Box Office, Exit, Back..
Then the usual RED, GREEN,YELLOW, & BLUE buttons.
Lastly a grid of 12 black buttons with alpa numeric figures, 1-0 numbers, No 1 has ctr, the 10th button has *+#, the 11th is 0, and the final 12th button says Text.

    Pics here,

Hopefully this will help identify it.
    cheers,
    Joe.

Its only 99p but a complete pain as it looks like a nice wee remote
  • I cannot post pics / links / att at all. How many posts do I require to be able to post pics. ??
  • OMG - i've just bought one of these from poundworld.

I bought one and upon getting home and opening it, i found no instructions.

took it back and swapped it for another one with a little page folded behind the remote.....the instructions and code list i presumed as described on the packaging....NOPE - pointless bit of paper that teaches you how to suck eggs - for example, tells you button 5 turns to channel 5 and button 9 turns to channel 9 and menu button brings up the menu - talk about the obvious!

no codes and no info on how to set it up to my tv. packaging says works on satelite but no info on how to set it to sky box either !

just came online to google how to solve this problem and came across this thread.....how can they get away with selling it when NO ONE can get it to work?

the useless info page i got with it, says there are 3 AAA batteries included.....no there isn't!

RIP OFF/CON but at £1, who's going to complain !!
