Not sure if this is the right place or whether I should have put it under travel but here goes...
Where is the best place to go for Travel Insurance to cover a UK Static Van holiday which starts on 22/07 and last a fourtnight.
The caravan booking comes with insurance for cancelation until we leave but doesn't cover us if we, say have an accident on the way down or are taken ill whilst we are away and have to curtail.
Have only found insurance which covers holidays abroad with flights/repatriation etc etc. I don't really want to pay for cover that is inappropriate.
Van hire is just under £1000 for the fortnight. I guess that we want to cover that cost plus any incidental expenses which may arise from being taken ill.
Family unit of 2 adults and 2 children.
Does such a policy exist?
Thanks

Certainly can. Try https://www.direct-travel.co.uk
If you have personal possessions cover on your home insurance you can get cover for as little as £12 for a fortnight for a family of four. Plenty more will do this as well so it may be worth doing a few online quotes from the main stream insurers out there.0
