Focus - delivery missing

Hi there,
I ordered a kitchen from Focus and it turned up on Wed, delivered by a company called Mark 2. It says on their paperwork that if everything is not there you only have 72 hours in which to phone and advise them otherwise you are charged full price for the missing item. You have guessed it, I have something missing. Now, they are closed today and so therefore my 72 hours are up on Monday.
However, what I would like to know is if they count Wed as day 1 and therefore Friday as the 72 hour cut off, what are my rights? Can they legally charge for another unit when they didnt deliver the first one? Seems a bit of a scam to me.
Any advice would be appreciated.

TBH these types of specific time limits on deliveries are not worth the paper they're written on and have no basis in law. Don't worry about it, just ring them on Monday and let them know what's missing.0
