Baumatic Oven, help please

Has anybody had dealings with exploding oven doors? The outer glass on our BAUMATIC double oven has exploded out of the door showering the kitchen in broken glass! The oven was running at 180 degs at the time, the inner glass is still intact, the oven is less than 5yrs old. Any advice welcome I will contact Baumatic asap.
