                    Has anyone on this board had any dealings with Ratio Money they claim to investigate miss sold credit card & personnel loans & PPI.
Is there anyone on this forum that has had a good experiance with them ie have you had any debts written off by using Ratio.
I'm asking becouse i currently have three cases with them at the moment and after some digging i have not had any real result from it so far since may last year

            You can do the investigation yourself, quickly and cheaply. Do not use another company. They make false claims, charge to much and don't necessarily do a good job. Ministry of Justice regulates these companies due to how serious it can be.

As to writing of debt, only the creditor and do that, and it is usually only done under conditions of terminal illness, serious mental illness and death.
What can be done, is to check if your debt is enforceable in court (CCJ). This means you could stop paying until you can afford to pay it, without been forced to do anything by a court. Worth noting they can still affect your credit file, defaults, missed payments, searches, and make demands for payment. So do not take it likely.
