Virgin help please..

STILL not had a responce from them over our rubbish service and am fuming now..a simple sorry a long time ago would have been adequate but now they are taking the mickey.

numerous letters, calls, emails and nothing..our bill is over £20 what it should be due to having to call them and out of principal am not letting this go now.

Does anyone have an email i can use to get somewhere please?
Thanks

It's virgin, you'll be a lot happier when you accept you won't get decent service anywhere with Virgin.

sorry i don't have much to add but when you call them from your landline (150) isn't it free?

You mean as in rescuing her from a fierce dragon or something?

Bet you'd saddled up the white charger ready to go!!!!!! :rotfl:

    I can understand your disappointment.

I have to admit though that I thought of something rude but then that's the way my mind works!!! ;)

Lol woody1 and takoda//sorry to disappoint!

mumOf2wonderfulkids we thought the same and it does say so on their website but no we got charged for it all and we do have them as a phone provider.

Well as previously posted I was hoping to hear back from the man who emailed me by the end of today, i got home just after 9am and dh said he had rung and would ring back in 10 minutes..he did..he sat and went through the calls with me and said 'ok so £2 odd here..£4 odd there//oooh £99p this day' and so it went for ages!! i said to him that was aside to the mobile calls too..the total was £16. He has refunded £20 for the calls and another months free service (£20) and apologised profusely..i did ask about the calls and he said due to us having a BT line and not using virgin for it this is why the 150 is not free..typical hey!

Anyway i was very grateful and said i was very pleased he had been so efficient and helpful. He said any other probs to email him and he will call us straight back..if a prob with that for any reason i have a few other names and numbers to go through free of charge!..Result as far as i'm concerned!
