Sorry but No its not as I have just been through this on a leasehold and there was stilll a need to wait for the management co to provide information.
The Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) in the HIP contains limited information filled in by the seller but the buyer's solicitors want to see what the landlord/managing agent actually says about these points rather than what the seller thinks is the position.RICHARD WEBSTER
