Do I have to disclose damage to citeron?

Options
Hi all, Looking for a bit of advice.

I have brought a new car from citeron have part exchanged my current car to pay towards finance.

Just wondering if I have to disclose that I have had a crash, only minor damage sustained. All repaired. But i am wondering that if I do not disclose then I may be in a bit of bother because I already have finance on the car?

Any advice would be appreciated x

  • As long as they don't ask, no. Your car will go straight to auction, they won't care.
  • "Has the car been involved in any accidents resulting in write off" is one of the questions on our invoices.

Also one of the questions on ours is "Is the car in a roadworthy condition" - its at this point that the customer normally goes quiet as they are usually trying to palm off a right lemon onto us.
  • Hia thanks for replies, car is in perfect condition. Cant notice any damage because it was repaired very well. they havnt asked about damage, just wondered if you have to disclose. like you do for insurance (which i have done) x
