Typing slow to catchup

Last week MY laptop did an auto update for Comodo. It kindly also decided to change some settings which stopped it connecting to the internet, something along the lines of IP driver configuration, Intel code or something. Anyhow I found the route of the problem and rolled back my drivers for the network bit it was going on about. I then updated them again after uninstalling Comodo for good and got Avast instead.
Now it seems that when typing on ocassions (google) my typing is slow to catch up. Whilst typing here on mse it's fine. Any ideas? perhaps it just coincidence it happened the same time as the error, but google is driving me crackers.
I have done the usual malbyte scans etc and everything looks ok there and it didn't bring anything up.

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log):idea:0 -
