Not much of a rant but a little disappointed with naked wines.

Bought a book over the internet over christmas and received with it a £40 off voucher for naked wines. Great !! went on the website and picked my case for £99, looked for the "add voucher" option in checkout only to find there isnt one..
looked on the voucher and typed in the address (given on the voucher) oh look the same case has increased by £26 and is now £125 (this was not the only product increased).

I was a disappointed because it felt a little underhand. Give me a voucher for £14 not pretend that its worth £40 and leave me feeling your a bit shifty. So mr naked wines, youve lost a customer because i was that disgusted that i went straight to a company that i know will be level with me and bought a case of wine from them.

Sorry but never found a problem with Naked Wines. they always deliveryed just what I asked. Always got the cashback money and when I wanted to close my account, transferred my money back quickly with no problems.

  • I am not saying naked wines are rubbish or tyrants or give poor service. I'm moaning about the way in which they misrepresent there voucher offers.
When is an offer not an offer. ?
