How do I synchronize Microsoft Outlook with my Blackberry

Do I need a particular piece of hardware/software to synchronize Outlook with Blackberry?

    Did you get an installation disc with the phone? It usually has the sync software you need on it to get you going, or download the more up to date software direct from the website. From then on its a case of connecting the BB to the computer every now and then to update your calendar etc. I'm sure there will be someone more expert in this field who can advise you better but its something along those lines.

    Just as Chr15 says...

    Download the BB desktop software from the website or should be on the disc that came with the phone.

    http://uk.blackberry.com/services/desktop/

    Once installed and completed plug in the BB with the mini USB cable and Sync.

    You may want to adjust some settings for what is sync'd
