Concerned about Halifax cc

My Halifax cc debt has been with a dca (Eversheds) for a couple of years, and either through mis-communication or my own fault, my standing order has twice (to my knowledge, that I have counted) failed to reach Eversheds. Once because I got dates mixed up, another was my own sillyness.
I'm worried, because have they got me if I forget a standing order again? When I say get me, I mean will they issue me with a CCJ and ask the court to make me clear the balance by means of bailiffs? Or would it be returned to Halifax, for them to make a decision?
I don't intend to 'forget' a future SO, but with me transferring one account to another I need to be sure of what could/will happen.
Thanks for any help or advice. If this needs to be moved, would the admins kindly do so.

Even if you had a payment agreement set up with a company and never missed an payments, they could take you to court for a CCJ. There is never a guarantee that they will not do this. The reason tehy don't do this all the time is that the judge would look at you available funds and decide on a fair repayment structure - which is probably what you are doing right now. There have been cases though where people have got a CCJ and been ordered to pay less that they were before.
Bailiffs would only get involved if you did not stick to the terms of the court judgement. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
