how to do bankrupt
Comments
-
Hi,
to grant your bankruptcy order you need to have had advice from one of the debt advice charities like CCCS, national debt line or CAB.
Not necessarily, I never spoke to anybody about mine and the wifes BR, just did lots of research so I full understood the process as much as I could and that I was insolvent0 -
i have taken advice but from speaking to these organisations it seems like i knew more than them, all thanks to the forum and not forgetting goggle.
I think i understand my finances better than anyone, i read through all options and seem as they all require for you to have some income and i only have child benefit and tax credit.
i did seek advice and found that it didnt benefit me at all.
however, i am aware of the consequences of bankruptcy and know that this is the best things for me.0 -
It took me nearly a month to get a Court date as they were fully booked. They kept saying call beck next week....
I would in retrospect get a Court date booked ASAP and then make sure all your forms are filled out.
The months wait drove me insane as I was getting 10 calls a day. It has only been a week since my Court date and I only get 1-2 calls a day now...
I'm waiting to here from the OR now for my interview .0 -
called up the court today and got my date for next Thursday. now i am going to double check my forms. can not wait for this to be over,
had debt collectors turning on my door0 -
Good luck next week.
Any questions regarding forms let us know.
