I suspect all they want you to do is have a proper address where you can be contacted - and held accountable if you are a rogue trader. Your problem will be that if you trade from a US PO Box, you will make yourself indistinguishable from rogue traders.This is crazy and illegal!
I run a micro-business online where most of my goods are manufactured and sold via ecommerce.
