Can You Still Claim For Bank Charges

Am i understanding this right as i thought it was game over once the ruling was in there favour. Can you still claim for bank charges.About September last year i was going to claim hardship and sent a letter and recieved there claim form. The bases of this was there wasnt much work on and i had used all my holidays covering the days when they was no work in so I at least got paid. When the holidays ran out and the work dried up leaving with little coming in was when i claimed. In between this the courts ruled in the banks favour (So i thought that was that) and we got a contract of a few months work.So hardship wasnt an issue. Now its Feb,The work has dried up and it this rate i would have used all this years holidays by mid March.Leaving me with no money coming in if the work doesnt pick up( which i am hoping does). Could I go back to putting a hardship claim in and still be in with a chance of a refund even after the ruling ??

Financial hardship and speaking to the bank is always something you can do. The bank can refund charges as part of helping you if you are in genuine financial hardship which they should assess either with an income and expenditure form or by asking for proof where they have insufficient information to allow them to make a decision.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
