thanks nervousbankrupt, that will be my next move if necessary, along with writing to the md.
I am not going to let it rest, I just phoned the co-op and the girl said that they are still having trouble with some companies but that it is a visa debit not an electron and should be treated as such.
By the time I've finished they'll be offering me free travel just to get me to stop!0 -
Phil yes it is a 4508 number, but the train company need to sort out their systems to acknowledge it don't they? And that is what, me my littleself is aiming to get them to do, as I am not a happy bunny.
I clearly have too much time on my hands now the kids are back at school!!0 -
problem is though you'll be bounced between the company & the co-op without anybody really doing anythingWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

I know, but I am hoping a well worded letter to the md may help a bit.

Gives me something to do, and gets rid of all the pent up anger I have at the moment!0 -
