Hi,
My boyfriend bought me a watch for valentines that is just to heavy for my wrist, i want to get a refund for it but the shop said they only do gift certificates or exchanges. I want to know if they have the right to do this or am i legally allowed a refund. I cannot wear the watch and there is nothing else id buy from the shop.
Help, its too much money to waste!

If there is nothing wrong with the item, you have no right to a refund.Gone ... or have I?0
