I just got the following on my statement,
"From 1st July 2006, any BT 's made to your card during the 0% promotional period will be charged a fee of 2%, £5 min, £100 max. No fee will be charged once you have reached the end of your promotional period"
I made a BT on 4th July, was told there would be a fee & told them that the T&C's say otherwise, operator went of to ask supervisor who confirmed no BT fee. Statement came today with a £99.99 fee. I had to argue for ages to get them to refund.
