problems with auctive.com

Lots of users have made postive comments on auctiva and the ebay listings I have seen with them do appear better, So I decided to join and list a few items (took me twice as long as turbo lister!!)

I've had a few problems with the listings and was wondering if any Auctiva users can help.

There is a auctiva store on top of listing normally displays all sellers items, on my listing it says "there are no items for sale right now, Please come back later" although when I click on "browse all my items" on same image it displays all my itemsin a separate window. I'm really confused and can't understand why it's not working.

Also is there any way I could use a template where all the infomation regarding payment shipping is already present and I don't have to enter at each listing.

I know that display window can sometimes take a short while to display your other items. As I type that problem might now be solved.

As far as the shipping and payment details is concerned you have the option to set up profiles. In Auctiva go to Profiles then Seller details. Then while setting up your listing you simply load the relevant profile instead of typing in the details each time.

I'm having these problems too!

When I look at my auctiva account there are no active listings (although I have about 15 items for sale at the mo).

Also, the only scheduled items are ones which will load tonight - not the other 15.

Is there anything I can do?

I don't know what's up with it this evening, but I'm having the empty store window problem too. I usually create my listings with Turbo Lister (often using templates of similar items so I don't have to fill in all the details again), then add the Auctiva store window.

Perhaps it's just a glitch then .

I hope so, I'm trying to get rid of loads and it's a bit annoying that people cannot be seduced by the enticing photos on the store window:rotfl:

I'm finding it more and more confusing.......I tried to relist some items from turbo lister and there is no way I can add those to my auctiva shop window??

When I opended an account with them my existing listings were automatically added to the shop window but what now???
