Advice on what to offer...

Hi,

We're just about to buy our first home - obviously very new to all of this.

I was just wondering if anyone knew or could advise how best to go about putting in an offer i.e. how much lower do most go below asking price?

Thanks in advance....

Make an offer based on what YOU feel the property is worth to YOU.

Unfortunately no-one can advise you what the property is worth, sorry. :)
My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say ;)
    Ignore......check!
