I live in Bury - the met is indeed very small.

Great spot OP, will have a try for these!

    Cheers

Hi, how small? Any idea of the number of seats? We are staying at the Best Western, do you know how easy it is to commute. I quite fancied the village but it was £99 -£120, hummed and harred, and then it was fully booked.

Beware Lastminute.com!! I searched Bury hotels and lastminute .com showed the village at Bury as £65!! Followed the link and it took me to Manchester Hyde, they have done similar before!! Fortunately I noticed Hyde and checked the Village website to see whether it was same or different location!! If you are not local its not clear!

Any other ideas for restaurants etc would be appreciated.

    Thanks

There's a Yates across the road from the Met and a Weatherspoons (The Robert Peel) nearby, I recommend Automatic, next door to the Met, really nice bar.
